Life Learning Development e.V. (LLD) was established in Duisburg with the belief that investing in people and education can lead to significant personal transformation, turning individuals into agents of positive change who contribute to creating a better society for all. We believe that by equipping people with the necessary knowledge, skills, tools, and abilities, any community can achieve progress and sustainable development. We acknowledge that creative solutions to the challenges people face every day can be learned and acquired by looking at all individuals as part of a global community that is full of opportunities to build a better world without limitations.
LLD was founded by a team of alumni from various walks of life across the world. It serves as a platform for network and capacity building, information sharing, and dialogue to promote social good and positive impact in development cooperation, quality education initiatives, and knowledge transfer to achieve the sustainable development goals and beyond. The organization is committed to empowering and integrating the migrants and preventing social exclusion through various social programs, including social entrepreneurship, job and education information access, digital literacy, vocational and educational training, professional development seminars, skills improvement workshops, board games for youth, good governance awareness, and SDGs knowledge sharing.

Dr.-Ing. Ibrahim K. Muritala is a Co-founder and legal representative of Life learning Development e.V., Duisburg, Germany. He is an educator and researcher in the area of chemical (process) engineering with demonstrated hands-on experience and a history of work in higher education institutions, the research sector, the energy, oil, and gas industry. A fellow of the African Good Governance Network (AGGN), a think tanker, and co-founder of many organisations including Network of Africans, Freiberg (NAF). In LLD, Dr. Ibrahim's roles are to ensure best practices and quality control in all areas of LLD’s activities with a focus on projects and programs content development of all operations.
Natasha Shrestha is associated with Life Learning Development e.V., since October 2022 as a European project designer & project manager, and coordinator of the team on research and implementation of the Erasmus+ project. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), and a Master’s Degree in International Management and Psychology M.Sc. Her strong passion lies in social inclusion, social development, social entrepreneurship, social mobility, upskilling immigrants and utilising Non-Formal Education to promote personal growth. She speaks fluently Nepali, English and German
Sabrina Ibrahim is a Project manager and trainer at Life Learning Development e.V., Germany. She completed her BBA and MBA in Business studies with a major in finance and Banking from Bangladesh. Later on, she pursued her second master's in Sustainable Development Management from Germany. She is passionate about Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development. Her role in LLD e.V. is to ensure the project runs smoothly and meets all deadlines. As a project manager, her task involves planning, designing projects, organizing events, writing reports, and conducting research. Besides, she also supports the design team with her creative ideas and thoughts.
